Built the Dublin engineering team from 0 to 15 engineers and worked directly with founders on the core API and platform. Helped launch self-serve merchant sign-ups across 10 countries in under 3 months, taking the product from 0 to hundreds of active merchants within the first year and supporting KYC, AML, signup automation, and account provisioning.

Created DSL to describe onboarding flows that can be controlled from the backend on all signup channels (web, iOS, Android). Creating early prototypes for our award winning 'customer app' proof of concept. Creating the SumUp app-switch API. Receipt delivery and printing R&D.
